Massive Oil Terminal Rehabilitation and Integrated Piping Systems Engineering

Maintaining strategic coastal assets demands comprehensive technical intervention. Rising to the challenge, PT Yasa Persada Engineering (YASA) successfully executed a massive compilation of terminal rehabilitation and mechanical engineering works for a vital national energy facility in Surabaya. This project demonstrates YASA's robust cross-disciplinary execution capabilities in high-risk environments.

This project required precise engineering mastery across multiple fronts. The essential phase commenced with the safe, high-risk demolition of the legacy Marine Loading Arm (MLA), followed seamlessly by the installation of a new piping system. To secure the critical vessel berthing structures, YASA executed the fabrication and installation of the terminal's Frontal Frame, heavily supported by the high-precision bending of angle and UNP steel profiles.

To combat the aggressive, corrosive coastal environment, all newly fabricated steel structures received maximum protection through a marine-grade anti-corrosion blasting and painting application. Furthermore, the project's scope was finalized with the modification and installation of the Bunker Pit pipeline and an advanced piping system expansion, ensuring highly efficient and secure energy cargo transfers.

The seamless synergy of these six structural and mechanical engineering disciplines solidifies YASA’s standing as an unwavering One-Stop Solution provider. By extending the operational lifespan and enhancing the reliability of strategic port facilities, YASA actively safeguards the stability of the national energy supply chain with absolute safety standards.
